Technical Experience

Our principal architects each have over 20 years’ experience designing business critical software. In the early 1990s we were prototyping java solutions for the finance industry and advising large corporations on their online strategies. In the mid to late 1990s we were building b2b gateways for Tier 1 UK telecommunications providers. In 2001, we built a voice web portal and in 2004 we advised the telecommunications industry on next-generation service delivery platforms.

This expertise enabled i-Associates to rapidly build enterprise class applications and managed platforms that have successfully been in production for the last 10 years.

Our Story

  • 2016 i-Associates launch concert 2.0, providing a real-time web UI platform for any data source.
  • 2015 Develop our most advanced web-based 3d interactive user interface. The software is used to visually demonstrate wi-fi signal degradation through different building types. Allowing the user to visually navigate and zoom into the building in 3d.
  • 2014 Launch a global service availability tool for a multi-national telecommunications organisation. The tool provides interactive asset identification, search and geo-spatial querying and mapping.
  • 2013 i-Associates team up with the TMI (The Media Image) agency to develop and offer an online advertising platform facilitating Google AdWords campaign management.
  • 2012 i-associates Concert platform is deployed to a number of new customers enabling both short and long term (years) workflows that require atomic auditing and compliance reporting.
  • 2011 i-Associates expand into automated sales tools, developing interactive ROI and TCO models for a multi-national phone and software manufacturer.
  • 2010 UK industry first, i-Associates develop a wholesale telecommunication pricing API providing b2b quick quoting functionality for a portfolio of telecommunication services.
  • 2009 i-Associates launch the Concert platform and suite of integrated framework modules. The first deployment of the platform is for an Ofcom mandated jeopardy management and business process workflow solution.
  • 2008 i-Associates become a Microsoft virtual earth partner providing geo-spatial capabilities to existing suite of services.
  • 2007 First large scale platform development resulting in a telecommunications pricing platform sold to a multi-national organisation. i-Associates provided the platform as a fully managed service that remains in operation today.
  • 2006 i-Associates formed and subsequently incorporated as a UK limited company following successful contracting careers of principal founders.
